Hudson Valley, New York Feast Site
The Church of God International is pleased to host the Feast of Tabernacles 2021 in New York State. The Festival site is located in the Village of Fishkill, which lies in the Hudson Valley, a region located one hour outside of New York City. Surrounded by picturesque mountains and colorful foliage, the serene setting is the back drop of this northeastern fall festival site. The Village name is derived from the Dutch colonial settlers to the area and a merging of two Dutch words. Vis-meaning fish and Kil -meaning stream.
Art, architecture and culture await you in the surrounding Hudson Valley region. The Hudson Valley is home to the estates of the Vanderbilt Mansion and Franklin D. Roosevelt, now preserved historic sites. The town of Sleepy Hollow, the setting for Washington Irving’s short story, is also a short distance away. Nearby railroad service of the Metro-North Train line runs into New York City. The commute is a little over an hour. The last stop is Grand Central Station.
Services are held at the conference center of the Springhill Suites/Residence Inn. The hotel is located on a large lake centered campus. The campus houses many other hotels, retail outlets and restaurants.
